I was actually surprised these worked. I experience lots of pain during the night hours of sleep to the point where I can't sleep. These really worked for me, I tried them on my knees soon as I received them and will be using these regularly since nothing else has helped me. These do stay on the knees, surprised some say they don't stay on, but for me, it does stick through the night hours. Highly recommend these knee pain patches. plus the price is good

These patches are easy to use. They are easy to carry. Sometimes, I like to use homeopathic medications for knee pains. And, these patches seem to work fine until arthritis medicine kicks in. So, I like them to carry with me

I had not thought this patch would help much. But I was desperate, and it seemed worth a try. Imagine my surprise when, after three days of using the patch, my knee actually feels better! Not all the way better, but a definite improvement. The patch does smell, but mostly like menthol and I don’t mind it. And the fact that I can stand up and take a step without wincing makes it worthwhile. I’m recommending it. It’s worth a try!

Didn't stay on well if you were active and it was hot out.. but it did seem to help. 1st day. Was achy when i put it on but seemed to fade.. didn't take any pain relievers this day

These Sefudun Pain Relief Patches worked fairly well to relieve my chronic knee pain; however, they could be improved. Ingredients are a mixture of wormwood leaves, radix acoustic, dried ginger, menthol, camphor, borneol and others. The scent is primarily menthol, definitely noticeable but not overpowering or unpleasant. Instructions say to apply to clean dry skin, which I found important to help the patches stick. I noticed some rolling of the edges after a couple of hours' wear, but they remained in place until I removed them (12 hours after application). I'd rate pain relief to be 7 on a scale of 10, with the caveat that nothing can fully relieve my pre-surgical knees.
